If the product is not as per the description or the product is damaged or the colour faded, you can simply raise an RMA request on our website's "My Account" section with the exact reason. Once we approve the RMA request, the customer can return us via speed post. We will replace the product or refund the entire billing amount except shipping charges. Please note that the product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent back along with the original box and invoice to:

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking to the same account. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in 10 working days.
