Kollam Supreme Premium Fashion Jewellery aims to get your package to you as quickly as possible, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Order above Rs. 250.00, we currently offer Free Delivery all over India. It may not be applicable on the day of a big discount sale. We charge the nominal fee of India speed post for orders worth less than Rs. 249.

  • Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 2 working days and shipped through speed post only
  • For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies. Some countries may require paying tax, import fees, customs, duties etc. and Kollam Supreme does not have any control over the Customs Duty if any levied. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. 
  • We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 4 - 10 days from the date of invoice. However, there may be a delay in delivering to remote areas/villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
  • If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.
  • Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (Airway bill number/Docket number) through SMS and email.
  • Kollam Supreme Premium Fashion Jewellery is not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
  • Kollam Supreme Premium Fashion Jewellery is committed to delivering the goods to you on time and in good condition. However, Kollam Supreme Premium Fashion Jewellery has limited liability in case of any loss of goods during transit. The carrier will bear any loss in transit only to an extent of a limit that may change from time to time.
  • Kollam Supreme Premium Fashion Jewellery is not responsible if the product comes back to us because of incorrect address /not available to receive/refuse to accept in that condition both side shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  • We ship through leading courier services or Speed post, and you can track your order online after it is shipped by clicking on Track Order.
  • In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or email at support@kollamsupremeonline.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
